This isn’t my first negative experience but its just a cruddy way to start a morning with the wrong meal they won’t fix.
I've been coming to this location since it was built and I've mostly always had great experiences, but for the past year this location has become the worst Panera in Springfield. At least every third time I go, my order is wrong, and so far this is the most embarrassing flop. I ordered a you-pick-two and received my salad but instead of receiving half a tuna salad sandwich, I literally just got bread and a couple chicken breast slices. Unclean dining area and the manager and staff seemed more concerned with talking than making our meal. It was extremely slow but it took almost 20 minutes for us to get our food.
Within walking distance of the Missouri State campus. While a little pricey the food is good. Very crowded during the lunch hours. Wifi is basically unusable during these times so don't come expecting to get any work down while you eat/meet.
Ordered a delivery that took well over an hour to arrive, although I am just down the street. Items were just thrown in the bag and all of the place. The items themselves were made improperly and cold by the time of arrival. Customer service was poor. Unfortunate experience that does not live up to Panera's standards.
