Mcdonald's - Missouri

Most of the order was wrong and staff wasn't very helpful

I ordered the Filet-of-fish meal. The employee rung me up for the 2 cheeseburger meal. When I corrected them at the 2nd window they instructed me to pull out front so they could get my meal ready. I waited for 15 or so minutes and they brought me out the 2 cheeseburger meal. I couldn't wait for them to correct this as I had already waited an extended length of time for them to bring this meal out. The fries weren't even hot. I won't be going to this location again.

Never had a problem. Sometimes later at night the line can take a bit.

This was my first time eating at this McDonald's the lines were long and it just seemed like everybody was tiptoeing over the top of each other there the food was not great tasted like the oil was old nothing like nasty french fries and a greasy burger don't think I'll be going back to this one

This is the worst McDonald's in st louis I have a bad experience almost every other order they have given burgers with no meat just buns. The consistently mess up my orders through the delivery app I ordered from them tonight they and got someone else's order. The employees are always very rude specially at night. The night crew also puts no effort into making order correct I have had to come back majority of the time because they don't add condiments that they charge you for ex. pickles, ex oni … – show
