Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I had a carry out order that wasn't ready until 30 minutes past the requested time. The food wasn't even warm when it was handed to me. The person giving me the order said she double checked the order herself. We were still missing one item from the order.

I have never eaten here, but love the store around the holidays! They have the best “white-elephant” and stocking filler gifts!!

Everything was very good. We had a great waiter never waited for anything. I only gave four stars for atmosphere because it was so cold in there.

Went to have brunch on a Wednesday, friendly service. The food was good. I had French toast breakfast hubby had hot n fresh! Beautiful roaring at the Fireplace. The only negative thing to say is that when I used restroom, it was quite messy, but as I left someone was coming in to clean it.

Food is burnt and nasty. I used to work at a Cracker Barrel and the food was never ever this nasty and burned! What is happening, Cracker Barrel?! You’ve gone downhill in every aspect. You even allow the employees to wear whatever they want! And the service was awful. I was told that the food has always looked like this! Lies!
