Cold Stone Creamery - Missouri

Ordered ahead. Not ready at time told. Employee was sitting on counter when I arrived and then acted like the order just came in. Had been 20 mins.

Love Cold Stone but this location is awful. Ordered online and arrived at the time stated but nothing had been started. Girl working gave tons of attitude when I asked for it. Took an additional 20 mins to fulfill with no other customers. Just laziness.

Too many delicious choices! Great ice cream shop with friendly staff.

I'm addicted to the peanut butter cup perfection. They're friendly and usually pretty quick with service. They're wiling to make modifications to their normal offerings.

I stopped by Cold Stone today and Allison was incredible. I initiated the order with 3 items and she was so kind, professional and efficient. While making my 3rd item I told her I had 2 more items and she did not hesitate or waiver in her kindness or professionalism. Even when more customers came in Allison remained poised! My family enjoyed their delicious ice cream selections!!! Thank you Allison WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND!
