Bob Evans - Missouri

This was my first time eating at Bob Evans. Bad first impression, below average food. I won’t be going back. Our waitress came across as uninterested in us and appeared to be sick, she was sniffling while taking our order, she also forgot an item and has to be reminded. This may not be a common occurrence but it left a very bad impression, particularly given the recent past of COVID. Nice change from going to the buffet down the road. Staff was very friendly, food was amazing. I'll definitely be back!

Way understaffed. Our food came in spurts. Biscuit which was listed as freshly made, was hard as can be. Waited 15 min for a table even though there were several open tables.
