Contribuiți la feedbackI recently had a rather disappointing experience at Taco Bell when I placed an order through their mobile app and chose the Drive-Thru option. I had hoped for a convenient and efficient experience, but unfortunately, it did not go as planned.Upon arriving at the Drive-Thru, I was surprised when the employee informed me that I needed to come inside the restaurant to pick up my order. They explained that the General Manager had instructed them to hold the food and force customers to enter the establishment. This was quite frustrating as the whole point of using the Drive-Thru was to avoid going inside and save time.
Ordered via app, selected drive thru pickup. Arrived at drive thru and was told I would have to come inside to pickup my prepaid order. Argued and asked for refund. Was told the GM would not allow mobile orders to be picked up in drive thru (anymore, I've done this serveral times before). No one was behind/ahead of me. They can't cancel/refund in store I would have to do it through the app. I was mad, so I drove away. Even if I were to enter the store now, Id have no way of knowing that my food was handled in a safe manner. The cancel/refund process in the app is non existent. What if I was disabled and couldn't easily leave my vehicle? What if my dog/child was in the car? This is unacceptable. I understand keeping drive thru time clock low is a goal. I used to work at Taco Bell. If anything, they just spent less time by not having to enter my order.I will not be ordering from this restaurant again, but if you do, please make a stand. If this happens to you, force their hand and park in Drive Thru. Run up their clock till the order is either refunded WITH CASH or till your order is satisfactorily completed. DO NOT abide by this. If McD's and Chick Fil A can figure this out, surely Taco Bell can do it too.Refund is in progress. You must call 1 800 TACOBELL. It took about 50 minutes of waiting with terrible jazzy hold music.
Ordered a Mexican pizza combo but instead they only gave me the pizza and the drink. When I went to get my order corrected the cashier wanted to know why didn't you eat the Mexican pizza before coming back which makes no sense. The manger then says I can give you the two tacos. I also gave them the Mexican pizza back and asked for a fresh one, which the manger said she can't do. Which is pathetic if she thought I was going to eat a soggy pizza
The staff member at the drive-thru has a bad attitude and makes sarcastic remarks, thinking you can't hear them. They seem to be in a hurry and continue with the same attitude when you reach the window. The food was rated 3 out of 5.
Day time manager is very good and I know her very well good service but this time went there for dinner time with different staff and they were fighting with each .
