I placed an order with Jersey Mike’s (Highway 6 location) and never received my order. I got a text message stating that my order had been delivered but nothing was delivered. I called this location and was told that I’d need to contact the delivery service to investigate the missing delivery?!? Turns out that they don’t use DoorDash as their online app states either. I’d expect them to offer to send the originally ordered food again as they have the receipts for all online orders. Instead they offered to charge me for another order and wait to be reimbursed for the original order. I understand that Jersey Mike’s isn’t “fine dining” but I don’t believe that should be a requirement in order to receive quality customer service.

Don't order the portobello sandwich. It is false advertising. They use canned button mushrooms. Slow service. Out of condiments.

Love this place. Great gluten free bread. Great service everything.Vegetarian options: Just ask.Parking: Some days parking is full and may have to park nearby. Well worth it!!!!Dietary restrictions: They are great to care about customers sandwiches if you have gluten intolerance. Sometimes having a tough moment and walk in to all smiles and friendly.(Many other places get mad if you say anything. Found out I have Sjogren's and do not carry the protein to digest it. Most places roll their eyes. This sandwich shop is always respectful of dietary needs and requests. (I ask for mayo on the bread extra pickles ?

Staff was very friendly. Jersey Mikes is My wife's go to when We're out and about. The food was exactly what We expected.
