Domino's Pizza - Missouri City

Introduce a pickup order that has been displayed as completed in the app. went to the load and had no one in the register to give me my order. the hired man who came in stared at me.

I placed an order a few nights ago at 11:30 PM. The only update I received was that my order was being prepared. However, over an hour later, they canceled my order without calling me. This happened just as the restaurant was closing, so I was unable to reach anyone, and no one answered the phone.

I really want to give a higher rating, but I've lost count of the times the pizza has been burnt or the slices have been barely cut, causing them to tear before I can even take them out of the box.

How do they expect a professional company to fail their employees? a week they deliver to parks edge and the next week not. Sienna parkway is from our delivery zone. laura said that they updated their delivery card a month ago. you just delivered last week. they had no problem taking my daughter money when they placed the order after the delivery address. if their short employees say that. if you don't know. don't lie!

There are times where my pizza comes and it seems overcooked or I've paid for extra cheese and there is none or I've asked for light sauce...nope heavy sauce its like they don't look at the instructions they are just on default. There's also the issue of contact less delivery, if you are only doing contact less delivery why is it everytime I order the delivery guy keeps banging on my door for me to sign a receipt...but contactless is required at the moment ? this location is super frustrating
