Bamboo Spice - Missouri City

Was so disappointed. My first time there ordered chicken fried rice spicy with extra vegetables. The rice was sticky and gummy…no seasoning and no spice. Now I’m at work having to work a 12 hour shift with no food

It's been some time since I've enjoyed fresh Chinese cuisine, and this certainly fit the bill. The aromas were fantastic, and the flavors were rich and satisfying. This may very well be some of the best Chinese food I've ever experienced. The staff was incredibly charming and friendly as well.

This is yet another restaurant that I discovered when I first moved to the area, and I found it absolutely delicious—I kept coming back! Even when I was far away, I would make the drive just for their food. My favorite dish is the spicy crispy chicken; it’s so addictive! We also order the spicy crispy shrimp, which features the same seasoning but is made with shrimp still in their shells. It's fried to perfection, allowing you to eat it with the shell on! Their sesame chicken is quite impressive as well; it’s crispy instead of the usual soggy texture you find at most places. For beef dishes, we typically go for the black pepper beef or the beef and broccoli. We also enjoy the string beans and eggplant dishes here. We’ve tried so many items, and everything has been great. The staff is incredibly friendly and remembers our names!

I stopped by this cozy little hole-in-the-wall restaurant for a quick bite while on my way to a project I was working on. I didn't have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised—the chicken fried rice and spring rolls were both excellent. The service from the staff was wonderful, and the restrooms were impeccably clean. I will definitely be returning! Food: 5/5

First time trying this place, I must say. The food is outstanding, and the spicy schescuan chicken is good and actually spicy. And all the other food we had is great. From the cooks, to the waitress is top notch. I love the atmosphere, as well. Cozy, and I absolutely love the art on the wall.Food: 5/5
