Taqueria Montana - Missoula

People complaining about the price is too funny. You open your own restaurant and pay for everything involved, and then let people know what your overhead is. It is a fair price for food that is not cooked in a bag like Taco Bell/Taco John's. They make most of their food in the house. There will always be misfortune in every institution. So, get over it.

They all make their own salsa in the house. We added the regular nachos with pork and the Quesadilla Sampler. We were pleasantly surprised and will return again when we are back in town. Our favorite was beef. Pepper pig and chicken are definitely remarkable. We packed an ice cream before we left. Actually, a beautiful place. Update* simply have the nacho supremo and recommend it very much!

First time going here as I have heard nothing but good. Customer service was rude. They didn't know what they were doing. Prices way too high for what you get. Ordered shredded beef tacos. All it came with was the beef, a few diced onions and cilantro. Had to ask 3 times to get some salsa for our tacos and we were the only ones in there. My daughter usually loves beans and rice. She got that and wouldn't even eat it.The Queso had no flavor and looked like puke. Even the tortilla chips were terrible. Very unorganized and the food was bland. Will never go here again. Don't waste your time or money. This picture is what we ordered for myself and two daughters. It was $47.

First time ordering for pick up here and I was so excited.. I ordered 4 chicken tacos and a side of rice and beans. The rice was not cooked, the grains were still hard. I called to let them know that the rice was horrible, that it wasn't cooked, the rice was crunchy. Stacey, who I placed my order with began to tell me that she cooked the rice and it was perfect. As a matter of fact she told me she was eating some right now. She proceeded to tell me that yesterday she made the rice and put too much water and the rice was mushy and had to throw it out. She continued and told me that today she put less water and the rice is perfect. I told her, well agree to disagree but the rice was not cooked. She continued again about how she's eating it right now with the refried beans and how delicious it is. Again, I told her agree to disagree I just won't be returning to eat there and she hung up on me. Wow! Really terrible experience.

Horrible customer service. The lady working on 4/22/21 was just plain rude. Tacos are cheap for a reason. Everything is just in holding pans, dried out chicken (flavorless), pork that most likely was old... I don't expect them to cook the meat for each order, but at least throw it on a flat grill and add some love. Tortillas were almost cold. If I felt welcomed at this establishment, maybe I wouldn't have been as critical. My wife and I were truly the ONLY customers in this place, maybe that should have been a warning!
