Homeless people nearby. Had to get a code to simply use restroom. And, they had no cold brew the whole reason I came in. 10:30 on a Monday morning, and no cold brew made?

Kim, Josh and the team are amazing! Be patient, this isn't a drive-thru so dont bring your drive-thru attitude!

Just balancing out the BS. It is EXACTLY what you would expect from a grocery store-based Starbucks chain. No more. No less. Get over it and don't return.

I was helped by Kim and during my order I was interrupted as the assumed I was done ordering and they totaled out my order rather than asking if that was all. I also obviously paid full price but neither of the drinks were filled all the way full. If I paid the full price then my drinks should be full. Also they gave me a sip lid on a frappuccino that has whipped cream on it. How is someone supposed to drink that?? Will not return.
