Second Set Bistro - Missoula

Always outstanding! Gutted that these guys are closing in September. Mouth watering rib eye steak accompanied by apple honeycomb salad, a nice bottle of wine, and great raspberry cake dessert.

The food at this restaurant was exceptional. I tried the crab with black bean sauce and it was absolutely delicious! The level of spiciness was just right and the crab was cooked to perfection. The arancini with tomato sauce was also very tasty. It's unfortunate that this restaurant will be closing next month.

Wonderful location restaurant is off deco hotel lobby (hotel is closed) Nice atmosphere. The food was really good and unique.

The atmosphere was pleasant, although the music playing was not what I would have expected in a high-end establishment. It may appeal to younger diners, but it was not conducive to a relaxing dining experience or easy conversation. If the prices were lower, I might consider returning, but we felt that we did not receive good value for what we paid and will not be coming back. In terms of dietary restrictions, there weren't many options for vegans, gluten-free, or dairy-free patrons, although they were able to accommodate my request for a substitution.

We had a great time dining at 2nd Set. As a group of six, our tables were a bit shaky but our server promptly fixed the issue. The food and wine were delicious.
