Pretzel Place - Missoula

The prices have gone up, but the pretzels are now smaller and less appealing. They are pale in color, no longer a beautiful golden brown, and lack the slight crispness they used to have. The interior is doughy and raw. What happened to the quality?

I have always enjoyed ordering from this restaurant in the past, but my most recent experience left me very disappointed. The employee was extremely rude in her comments, and I could even hear her complaining after I had sat down. Additionally, she felt the need to correct me on something that did not require correction.

The pretzels are always delicious at this restaurant. The employees are helpful and friendly. I prefer it over Cinnabon because it's a local spot and the food is lovely and delicious.

I go here often when I'm at the mall because it's a smaller business and honestly their pretzels are better than Auntie Ann's . I'd love to give an all positive review but the person Addy?behind the counter was very rude. Correcting both my daughter and I during a simple order and then the whole time we were eating she was loudly complaining about quiet people . I'm sorry but I've had 5 days off from my own job since Christmas and I'm a little tired. If you are going to complain maybe you should consider doing it out of earshot of your customers.
