Contribuiți la feedbackOne staff member in particular caught my attention. She grabbed a box from storage, tossed it on the ground, and then stepped on it to flip it over. After that, she carelessly tossed bags of cheese into the cooler at her station, clearly displaying her lack of desire to be there. She filled her bin without washing her hands after handling the box, emptied one bag of cheese, and then placed another bag directly on top of loose cheese in the bin, ignoring any potential contamination from the bag's exterior. It was concerning to see such a disregard for safety. Additionally, the gentleman at the register was openly criticizing his coworkers, highlighting their poor work ethic. Honestly, I can’t blame him; I would feel frustrated in his position too. To top it all off, I ordered a Hot’n’Ready Extra Most Bestest pizza and ended up with a regular pepperoni instead. It wasn't a huge deal given the price difference, but the outer crust was stale and the pizza was only slightly warm, leading me to suspect it might have been leftover from the previous day. Overall, I don't think I'll be returning.
I had a terrible experience waiting for my takeout order last night. The teenage staff kept saying my pizza would be ready in "a couple of minutes." After waiting for 20 minutes amidst a lot of confusion, I discovered that my pizza wasn't even in the oven. It wasn't even busy at the restaurant; the staff seemed to be incredibly incompetent. No one was monitoring the oven, and the teenagers kept disappearing from their stations. At least six pizzas sat there uncut and unnoticed for almost 10 minutes, and none of them were even the correct orders. If you're going to hire a staff made up entirely of teenagers, you really need to have a manager present.
The management at the Brooks location is extremely disappointing. Most of the staff members seem to be more interested in playing around than actually working, and this reflects poor leadership. It's not effective management to berate young employees; leading by example is key. Additionally, the pizzas we’ve had have been inconsistent, which is frustrating, especially when I see staff in the back goofing off while customers wait in line. I always feel sorry for the cashier who has to handle the upset customers because their coworkers aren’t contributing to the team's efforts.
Waited for 30 minutes past the time the website said would be ready. Came into the store and two female employees were kicking each other behind the counter. A couple came and were verbally and physically checking each other's hickeys. Music on load in the back. Employees checking friends driving by the restaurant. Extremely unprofessional.
Whoever's the manager at this location needs to get their stuff together. I came to pick up for a delivery app and after a wait was told that only half of the order was ready, then that whoever was working on it left halfway through making it, and then after twenty minutes of waiting they decided they were just going to remake the order... How does it take twenty minutes to figure any of that out? And then tell me it's going to take another fifteen to twenty minutes... You should really close this store so your crew can get some training instead of dumping kids on the line and seeing how that turns out.
