Managers are rude and condescending to staff. Staff seems like they would rather be anywhere else. Feels like completely new staff every 6 months. Icecream is subpar and the service isn't good.

Rating this low because there is always only one worker on Fridays and weekends and they get totally bombarded by customers and mobile orders. It?s really unfortunate that the store still accepts mobile orders when it visibly creates an extremely stressful environment for the worker and extremely long wait times. Wish management cared more to create a better working environment. I heard that all the workers walked out in the weeks prior. Extremely unfortunate.

Went there yesterday and the ice cream was a dream! So good! The one in my town closed years ago so I love getting it when I'm close to one. Staff was friendly and helpful and fun.

Girlfriend has a chocolate allergy. Called in to ask about what was in the ice cream cupcakes, and the 'manager ' failed to mention that two of the six CUPCAKES WERE CHOCOLATE and ALL had a chocolate outside ring instead of a cup. Called them today to explain the situation, and asked for a refund, and both managers didn 't know what to do and they had to call their owner to get an answer. About 10 minutes later I got a call back saying they could give me a $5 gift card for my $15 purchase, and couldn 't let me talk to the owner or email him or anything. Managers were helpful, but the owner clearly does not know how to respond to a customer who is unsatisfied. Your staff messed up, and the customer has to pay the brunt of it. No thanks. Won 't spend my money here again, will go to Sweet Peaks or somewhere else.

I stopped in yesterday to get some peanut butter chocolate ice cream. I'm pretty sure it was a total inconvenience for me as a paying customer to be in the store. The privileged young blonde girl was horribly rude and could REALLY use some training on customer service. The store was not clean. The ice cream tasted good but I now feel sick and have a headache. I won't be going back or referring anyone to this place! If I could give zero stars, I would.
