Turtle Jack's Muskoka Grill - Mississauga Courtney Park

The food was excellent and met my expectations. I was not disappointed. The only reason for giving four stars was that the orders of my friends were mixed up. However, overall it was a really great experience!

I visited this restaurant for the first time and was impressed by the delicious food and fantastic customer service! However, the atmosphere was a bit dull. Despite that, I had a great overall experience.

The menu has a great variety of options, which is why we visit this restaurant frequently. This time, I had the power bowl with chicken and my partner had the poke bowl, both of which were delicious. The restaurant is always busy, especially because the Barbie movie is playing next door. There is plenty of parking available, although finding a spot can be a bit challenging. However, parking is free. The service is pretty good, with friendly staff who are great with kids. They provide a good activity book to keep the little ones occupied. The washrooms are clean and the prices are fair. We would definitely come back again. In terms of kid-friendliness, the restaurant offers a great activity book and a treasure chest after dinner. The staff is kind and accommodating.

Chose Turtle Jack's from my last positive experience about 5 years ago.The restaurant was not busy. It should have been my first clue. I get the worst service when restaurants are slow. Don't know why.1) Blinds were dusty. I could see where someone had swiped a finger, and that area was now dusty as well. Looking around, I found other areas that were also neglected.2) The hamburger had all the potential to be juicy and tasty but fell short. The toppings were fresh and had the flavour,the patty was dry and warm, not hot when it got to me3) The fajitas presentation had no sizzle because the meat was barely hot, and rice was warm. It's as if the plating was delayed for each item. By the time the food got to the table, everything was just over warm.Did I mention the restaurant was slow?Cost of eating out has gone up, and servers want to be tipped a minimum of 18%. At least try to give a better experience when a customer comes to your restaurant, other than, meh. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 star with the hope that everyone was at least trying and I got caught in an unfortunate vortex.

Came with bunch of People! The nacho plate is so small and $25 ? And Garlic breads stale hard no good. The drinks no good. Vanilla drink too creamy !Can do better! You want returns improve your food. We been to other places with quality and better and will go there.Not worth it ... Garlic breads were cold.Will not recommend. Exoensic
