Tomo Sushi - Mississauga

Loved everything about Tomo Sushi. The staff were very friendly and attentive. They were very busy but always came to check on the table. The sushi was amazing, very fresh and nice thick cuts. Everything was well made including their hot dishes, thechicken udon had smokey flavours from the wok.

Excellent sushi restaurant with lots of delicious choices. The signature rolls are amazing. Sushi pizza appetizer was also very tasty. We always enjoy this restaurant and my kids lived it as well as this was there first time . Staff was very friendly andgave us guidance to choose best sushi rolls.

Excellent quality, loved how they made the rolls with easy rice, fish quality was good and their sauces were all good. Their edamame was warm and very fresh. Their roll rice was soft and unlike most sushi places that use cold rice this was very soft andpleasant. Overall one of the best sushi?s I?ve had in Toronto. Miso was not too salty and just great. Their salad portion wassmall but quality veggies.

4.5/5 In the top 5 of Mississauga Sushi places. Renovated in the last couple years. Nice semi open concept feel. Menu is fairly diverse. Great appetizer selections from tempura options to skewers (yaki) and st least 5 6 soup options. Many rolls,sashimi options and dinner options (donburi, bento, teriyaki). My wonton soup, for example, was beautiful small bowl, but onlyhad 2 wonton. Came with a lot of fresh onions and mushrooms. Lobster PEI rolls were nice. The LA Kalbi (Beef Shortribappetizers) came on a bed of a sizing mixed vegetable hotplate. Getting again. In house service is excellent. Food isconsistently good. Prices are reasonable, not cheap. Quantities are nice. If you like quality sushi I recommend it. Dine in withfriends or family is recommended. Takeout is also popular. Enjoy

I ended in this restaurant as a last resource as the one I was planning to go had a long waiting time and they do not take reservations. My first impression was the cleanness of the place. Very clean. The food is presented in a very nice way, howeverit wasn't better than other sushi restaurants that I use to go. The price is high compared with others in the same category. Theservice was average trending to low. For me there is really no good reason to come back.
