Tim Hortons - Mississauga

I tried the jalapeño asiago bagel with cream cheese at this restaurant and it was really delicious. Unfortunately, I asked for it to be double roasted but it wasn't cooked enough, and they didn't put enough cream cheese on it.

The restaurant had long lines, expensive prices, and poor quality. On top of that, they do not participate in the Tim Hortons reward program. The customer service was also lacking, with no smiles in sight. Despite being in an airport, they are still in a customer service position. I couldn't even enjoy my overpriced tea. With no competition, I don't expect any improvements to be made. If you want Tim Hortons before a flight, this is your only option. Will I come back? Yes, but not with much enthusiasm.

I was at a Tim Hortons on January 31, 2024, waiting for my bagel at exactly 12:11pm when I witnessed a staff member using the bagel knife to scrape crud from the seams of the overhead air vent. This was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen a staff member do in front of both customers and other staff members. None of the other staff members said anything, which makes me think that this kind of behavior is considered normal in that establishment. The fact that a knife used for food was also being used for cleaning is absolutely revolting. I will never eat at Tim Hortons again. Additionally, there was a person wearing an HMS shirt chatting with everyone, and the menu screens were not working properly. The staff seemed to be distracted and not focused on their tasks. This experience was truly unbelievable.

I always missed Timhortons whenever I was away from Canada but not anymore. The environment has completely changed from friendly to kind of hostile. All of a sudden, in few years, Timhortons no more looks like a western country restaurant. Today at around 11:00 am, got a coffee from extremely rude and non friendly girls talking to one another in their own language, uhh.

The entrance to this restaurant can be a bit difficult to locate, but it seems to cater more to airport cabbies. The staff is friendly, though.
