The Captain's Boil - Mississauga

I absolutely love this place! It's the best spot for a seafood boil, with a wide variety of options available. If you visit before 4 PM, be sure to try the sizzling plate, which offers a little bit of everything.

The shrimp was old and unappetizing, with a powdery texture that indicated spoilage. The seafood fried rice had hair in it, and we also didn't receive our order of Dungeness crab. The fries were soggy as well. The only redeeming dish was the mussels, which were good. Unfortunately, the overall quality of the food was very poor, and I ended up having to throw most of it away. It was a waste of over $160, and my entire dinner experience was ruined. I won't be returning to this restaurant, and I believe I deserve a refund.

The Captain's Boil? It’s one of the best seafood spots in town! The concept is truly remarkable. You get to choose your main dishes, flavors, and spice levels. The atmosphere feels like a sports bar, and the staff is wonderful with great service. My favorite dish is the medium spicy Cajun shrimp. I’m already planning to go back in a few days!

Nice experience. Starting off with the vibes and the design, the place is really well done and the vibes are awesome. We were served by Paul and he did AMAZING. Both their signature sauce and the cajun sauce were very delicious. 2 stars down: One onlycomment I have is regarding the shrimps, most people find the vein unpleasant in which all shrimps should be deveined, it takesnothing to do so at the kitchen.

First off I would like to say the waitresses here are friendly and quick to attend to any requests. Food is good, seafood is fairly fresh and mixed with good sauces. Prices are fair, just a little bit on the expensive side. What I think this restaurantcould improve on is there sanitation for their washrooms. The mens washroom was messy and urinals really dirty. 4/5 stars isbased on the food and service but let?s pay more attention to cleaning guys!
