Sprouts Restaurant - Mississauga

The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere and is very clean and orderly. The staff is excellent and friendly, but we were disappointed with the pressed paninis and soups. The portions are small for the price of $17 per meal (drink not included). The tuna and chicken pesto sandwiches were lacking in flavor. Despite wanting to enjoy the food, the soups were unremarkable and served in small portions resembling a yogurt container. I wish I had tried the salads instead. I likely won't return unless I can customize my meal more. There are plenty of vegetarian options available, including gluten-free and vegan items.

This restaurant is amazing for lunch if you haven't been yet. The staff is friendly and the food is great. I used to eat here every day and it's still a wonderful treat when I'm in the area again.

I used to frequent Sprouts when I worked in the area. They used to have really great sandwiches, wraps and salads. I hadn't been in years and decided to revisit them. I was really disappointed with the quality of the food. I ordered lunch sandwiches for myself and two others and all of our sandwiches were dry and tasteless, definitely not the quality it used to be. Sorry to say I will not be going back to Sprouts any time soon. A way better alternative is Pane E Vino (hwy10/Britannia) for lunch sandwiches and salad options.Vegetarian options: There are quite a few vegetarian and vegan options on the menu.

I have used this establishment to cater work functions as well as to grab a quick lunch. I’m strictly gluten free for health reasons and they have plenty of delicious options. Everyone in my groups were always happy with their offerings. Always reliable and fresh. The owner/manager is a great guy!
