Shoeless Joe's - Mississauga

Dropped in for after movie late lunch, location very convenient, Ample portions, I had spinach feta quinoa salad. Even with the dressing, it was just there. Service was fine but server seemed very rushed. Other guests found food 'okay' but nothing special. First server (of three) was happy to change channels for us of table-side tv but group was equally split about even having it on - distracting for conversation.Lots of other restaurants in same area, lots of competition to consider. Loved sports decor.

Stopped in before the start of our movie. Not usually up for pub food but this was close to the theater. Our server (wish I could remember her name..sorry) was a great delight. She was warm and engaging and gave information about the food and recommended several things from the menu and she was spot on. My husband and I both forgot our glasses and she was more then accommodating, and she had a great sense of honor. The disappointing thing about this, she advised that she was leaving as she found other employment..I have to say, that is too bad because she was wonderful. I did enjoy the turkey burger..I don't usually order this type of burger because they are usually dry and tasteless..bravo for getting this burger moist and juicy. Most franchise restaurants are a hit and miss, some provide great food and service and other..well ...not so much..Will definitely go back to this location, despite the loss of a great server.

I came for dinner after working out at LA Fitness. The location is great because it is in front of the Cineplex Movie Theater. I had a 7 oz. Steak with fries and salad. The steak was well done. It is a great place to watch sports since it is a sports bar.

I went there to watch soccer on a day when the leafs were playing. I had called 3-4 other sports bar chains in Mississauga but none were playing soccer. Shoeless Joe's has booths with individual TV's where you can play any channel you want, which is great and made me pick this place over others so i could watch soccer when every other tv was playing the leafs game. Also there is no extra charge for these booths.The service is slow unless you are in a hurry but overall good place to enjoy sports. The food is pretty good too. I had sweet potato fries and chicken wings both of which were good.

I have been here a few times. Mostly with colleagues. The beer is good, the food is good and the service is good. Lots of TVs to watch the sports of your choice.
