Pizza Hut - Mississauga

I've never had such a disappointing experience with different Pizza Hut locations before but this one in particular was the worst experience of my life. I place an order at 6pm and expect delivery to come in the estimated time they sent me an email with and three hours later and trying to call them was of no use?! I called multiple of times to ask them about my order that never came to my door, and one put me on hold and eventually hung up on me while another told me she would transfer me to the Erin Mills location number, BUT THE NUMBER I CALLED WAS TO THE ERIN MILLS LOCATION and still she put me on hold. Worst customer service of my life. At least give me the decency and tell me you won't send me a delivery guy or something more than make my family wait for three hours. Never ordering from this location again.

The meadowale branch got my order wrong and then hung up on me when I called them about it. Worst customer service ever!

This is a take out or delivery only Pizza Hut, but Heather runs the operation extremely well and will make sure you are completely satisfied. Ordering ahead to pick up is the best option, and your pizzas will always be ready when they promised you. The pizzas are always cooked just right and I have never had a mistake on my order in the last few years as a regular customer. Take advantage of the many specials they run, and the value is even better.

Great pizza fast and cheap location just across from Comfort Inn Meadowvale short walk from your bedroom.

We walked in ordered our dinner for take out and they overcharged us by $6.00, and than wanted to prove us wrong, Guess what I was right!! Good thing is that they did credit us they difference after they rang it up three times to prove me right !! So please always read your receipt !
