Panera Bread - Mississauga

The wait was fine, the food was OK better than other fast food places. Did mix up who ordered what, however, we were able to sort out the situation at the table. They had the incorrect sandwich on the plate with the incorrect sandwich, just switched sandwiches and were good to go.

I recently attended this restaurant for the first time & was pleasantly surprised. The food & service were excellent, although I did find it a bit on the pricy side. This aside, it is highly likely that I will return.

First time trying Panera in Canada, and it may be the last time. I ordered a toasted bagel and asked for a cup of hot water. The cashier charged for a cup of tea without telling me first. The WiFi signal wad strong but the Internet connection was useless. The bagel was sub-par.

This place gets worse and worse. I ordered the pick 2.....cup of chicken noodle soup (mainly because I had a sore throat) and half a turkey bacon sandwich. Firstly as I waited for my pick up order and employee behind the counter was yelling to her colleagues about her taking the bus blah blah blah. Wanted to tell her to zip it, customers don't want to hear it. Totally unprofessional...I actually think she was a supervisor. Then my soup was tiny, not that hot and it had a film on top, not that great tasting. Who messes up chicken noodle. The sandwich half was also small and it looked like someone sat on it. It was also soggy. I was so disappointed with my meal. WILL NEVER RETURN and placed my crappy meal all over social media to ensure nobody else goes here and is disappointed. Oh not to mention this cost $13.00..... so overpriced.

This was our first and possibly last visit to this Panera Bread restaurant. We've been to other Panera's before and were always very please with the experience. The food here was tasty, no complaints there, but the serving sizes here seem to be noticeably smaller, especially the sandwiches and pasta. My "half" sandwich was less than half of a sandwich and had minimal filling. The chicken tortellini alfredo was a tiny portion for the price. I hope that not all Panera's have cut back like this.
