Ombretta Cucina And Vino - Mississauga

I took my wife there as an anniversary treat. She loved it, and wants to return soon. Laura, our hostess, was attentive and friendly. We shared calamari and the focaccia for starters. I had the branzino with Siclian caponata and my good lady enjoyed the pescatore, fettuccine with tiger shrimp, scallops and calamari. The quality and service were superb, as was the ambiance. This is not an Italian restaurant, it is The Italian restaurant. We'll be back!

Superb food, beautifully presented by a knowledgeable and personable hostess. We dined on calamari, focaccia, branzino, and pescatore. We had a glass or two of Pinot Grigio and Valpolicella which were ideal. The restaurant wasn't crowded but there is plenty of space. The ambiance is excellent with modern music playing at a non intrusive level. Washrooms are clean and accessible. There are a few steps to navigate to get in the restaurant, but it's worth it. I recommend this establishment to anyone who enjoys quality Italian food served in a great environment.

Me and my fiancé went for dinner yesterday and had such an amazing experience. The food was great and had homemade Italian style flavours. One of our favourite things on the menu was the burrata and peaches salad it was so fresh and perfect for summer. Our waitress was so friendly we had great conversation. she was very accommodating to us and constantly checking on us to make sure that everything was cooked perfectly. Overall we had a great experience and we cannot wait to come back, I would definitely give this restaurant a five out of five.

We came looking for a good steak and we were not disappointed at all. Probably one of the better steaks I have had in Mississauga—it was cooked to a perfect medium rare, it melted in your mouth, and the flavour was incredible. The side of the vegetables and potatoes were also delicious. Our waitress named Laura was so sweet and caring and the prices are reasonable. We will definitely come back!

Fantastic! The service was exceptional. We visited for the first time and everyone was so friendly. The upstairs patio is stunning and comfortable, giving me the feeling of being in Italy. The food is delicious and tastefully fresh—I’ve found my new favorite place!
