Terrible service. cold mediocre food. had a reservation. armed and time and sat. then took 35 minutes to take our drinks and food orders. we had two tables. a table of 9, 6 of them were children. our second table was a seat of 7 adults. both of them had their order about the same time. 25 minutes later, both tables received all alcoholic beverages, but it took several requests and another 25 minutes for the non-alcoholic drinks to come some at both tables. the table of 7 received their food about 1 hour after the order. the table of nine lasted another 30 minutes. both tables waited for cutlery. one of the worst restaurants I was in. the restaurant was about full and it could be seen that all patrons had the same experience.

I was in the hotel after I had witnessed Christmas flight delays. Given the circumstances and weather conditions, I was limited to using the hotel facilities for my stay. I have Celiac disease, so was very limited in the choice from the menus, but managed. in the second evening I ordered the steak, which I thought was very expensive and sadly overcooked. only mine, but if the hotel will offer a relatiw pricy option, then cook it should be located. I have expressed my thoughts gently, but no follow from the administration. edward, our breakfast server and also the evening bar manager were simply beautiful and very good to what was necessary, with understanding and with much needed smile and humor. to a difficult travel time it was so nice to be treated in a nursing and understanding wise.

Powered style no taste eggs with sore bought frozen at one time potato tots reheated and poor quality frozen bought sausage was the worst breakfast in a Hilton brand hotel to date. Could not eat more then two bites. Juice and hot chocolate were good. Service attendants were all great. But food thumbs down.

Excellent food, very nice service. Great experience!

Update.New menu and, daggum, added a real good short rib! Service is still a bit sus.Inside of the Hilton.
