Milestones Grill - Mississauga

Amazing service (everyone from the hostess to the server to the manager were great! and delicious food. We also appreciated that there was a halal menu to make it easy for everyone at our table to be accommodated.

Our experience at Heartlands Milestones was wonderful. Our server Diana was a delight. She was very attentive and made amazing recommendations. Her service was amazing and the food was even better! I enjoyed our experience here and will be back in the future!

First of all, our server, Jason, was exceptional and checked on us often to ensure everything was being addressed. However, we were disappointed with our food. The ribs with shrimp skewer had ice-cold shrimp and the ravioli was only room temperature, not hot at all. The restaurant was also out of Michelob Light. The ravioli dish had changed from previous menus and was less appetizing with goat cheese and berries. Dessert was also lacking, with a cookie and vanilla ice cream that was barely a teaspoon worth. To finish off our meal, we ordered a B-52 and regular coffee, both of which came ice cold.

This was a very disappointing experience. The service was terrible. I will not be returning to that location. Our server, Yari, was extremely unprofessional and uninterested in serving us. She kept us waiting for a long time and when she finally came to take our order, she informed us that they were closing in two minutes and rushed us to order. In the service industry, the willingness to serve people and show genuine interest is crucial, and unfortunately, that was lacking in this restaurant.

The service and food were excellent, but the air conditioning was too chilly! We had to eat quickly in order to warm up, so we didn't fully savour the dining experience.
