McDonald's - Mississauga

…cold ice-cream, hot coffee and apple pies, we were here a few times on a recent trip, service was good and the restaurant clean, can't ask for much else...

We were in a rush and were very impressed when we ordered and received our meal in 5 minutes. Now that's fast food! We were at a different location recently and the same meal took them 20 minutes to put together.

Seems the prices are rising at Mc. D's; of course that's bound to happen like everywhere else but have you noticed the fries are no longer filled beyond the brink and drinks are not filled to the top of the cup. Despite all this I can't resist the fries BUT they have to be hot otherwise they are garbage

Service was terribly terribly slow and the fries were cold. After an empty store and we still sat alone in the drive thru for 10 minutes I was positive it was because they were making fresh hot batches...wrong.

Came in after 4pm on a Thursday. The floor was dirty all over. Many tables were dirty and several had trays with leftover food. Drink area was filthy and nearby counter area was filthy with ketchup all over and no supply of napkins. Waste bin by door was full with garbage overflowing. Ketchup was on floor in several areas. Ordering was very slow as was the production of the meals. AND, they got the order wrong and did not seem to know how to correct it. If that is how the area where the customers are is not maintained, I hate to think of how bad the cooking area and their procedures are lacking. Would definitely not go here again. I did not mention all this to management as I was so upset I did not want to get into an argument. It was just better for us to leave and never come back to this location.
