Starting with the **Bihari Kebab**, there was no discernible flavor; it was merely soft pieces of beef that didn't align with what I expected. It possibly should be renamed because the taste was hardly enjoyable. The **Beef Seekh Kebab** was another letdown—dry and thick, lacking any flavor whatsoever. On a slightly brighter note, the **Chicken Seekh Kebab** was surprisingly juicier and accompanied by mild spices. The **Qeema Biryani** was misrepresented; it was simply minced beef served with lesser quality rice that reminded me of kheer rice—it lacked warmth, depth, or authentic biryani characteristics. Overall, it felt like a waste of money. Initially, we wanted a half serving of **Goat Charsi Karahi**, but the server informed us that it only comes in a full size. Unfortunately, the portion size was disappointing, resembling more of a half karahi, and there was an unappealing goat meat smell from the pieces. The flavor of the Charsi masala was average; nothing exceptional about it that would entice us to order again. As for the **Chicken Peshawari Karahi**, we were told it would be simple salt and pepper. However, upon receiving the dish and after confirming with the server, it was clear that it was not the true Peshawari style. While it tasted better than the Charsi, it still didn’t meet my expectations. We ordered a half portion of the **Lamb Karahi**, which we found preferable. The lamb pieces were complex, mostly bony, but there was no unpleasant odor, and the taste was passable—still better than the goat charsi. The **Fish Pakora** had small portions and average taste, while the **Chicken Pakora** tasted good, but the serving size was lacking this time around. The service itself was good, with no complaints in that area. However, the server did forget to bring the chutney and raita for several of our dishes, though it was understandable amidst the crowd. This is my honest review, and I sincerely hope that management considers this feedback for improvement.
This is a fantastic halal restaurant offering authentic flavors and always serving fresh food. It tends to get really busy, so I suggest arriving early to avoid long wait times. However, the delicious food definitely makes the wait worthwhile! We ordered Beef Kebabs, Chicken Biryani, Peshawari Goat Karahi, Behari Chicken Boti, and Chicken Charsi Karahi, accompanied by a mix of Roghni and Butter Naans. All the dishes were excellent, but the Chicken Charsi Karahi stole the show for us! Our server, Gurtej, was exceptionally polite and attentive throughout our visit, managing to stay courteous despite the hectic pace of serving so many customers. I highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys genuine Pakistani desi cuisine.
The Daal Tadka, Brain Masala, and Lahori Fish were all fantastic. I was pleased to see that they’ve restored the Bihari Kabab to its original flavor and delicate texture. The Chicken Seekh Kabab was equally delicious, and the various naan types complemented the meal perfectly. I highly recommend trying the Blue Lagoon mocktail; it’s very refreshing. As for dessert, don’t miss out on the Ras Malai, Gulab Jamun, Lava Cake, and Kulfi. You definitely need to visit this place!
The place is quite big and has a decent ambience to it. Plenty of seating options for large parties as well. The tables though are not cleaned after people leave and are quite dirty. You have to request clean up before sitting down. There's even a separate prayer room. With regards to the actual food, it's good but not fantastic when compared to similar Pakistani cuisines. One thing to note is that their pricing is quite exorbitant when compared to the portions served. The salad serving is also very minimal. The condiments for dishes like nihari are not served; you have to request for it. All in all, it's a decent place but not something I'll opt for as my first choice.
The food was genuinely excellent. Flavour was good, they had a good variety. It is a buffet, that depending on the day, the price changes. I went on a weekend day and during ramadan, it was 33/person. I don?t know if it was worth the money but overall taste of food was really good.
