Jack Astor's Square One - Mississauga

Got the table according to our reservation for 3 through Open Table app. However, after that all went down hill literally! Service was very slow. Order loaded Nachos with chicken. Only a couple of chicken. Missing jalapeños and other tasty ingredients. Thus Nachos tasted with no taste. Tasted like nachos at No Frills. Server disappeared. Ordered 2 chicken parm with pasta. Pasta had no seasoning. Table had no salt and pepper shakers. Orderd salmon with veggies. No issue. Server disappeared again. Ordered caesar drink, couldn't taste any vodka. Server disappeared. Ordered multiple drafts and came quick. No issues. Wanted desserts but server couldn't be found until 20 minutes more. Ordered dessert. No issue. Server disappeared. Waited another 15 minutes for her to arrive so we could for our bill. Bill came very quickly. Place was not packed just loud music only. The worst experience in this Jack location. Service lousy, food lousy, bill came on time! Gave 15% tips, issue as not worth it. Overall alcohol drinks came on time! LoL , so only good for drinks and nothing else!

Service was great from Richard. Music was a little too loud. Chicken in my Buddha Salad was a little dry snd tough to cut.

Your restaurant is way too load- could barely hear the conversation for the loud noise. Done the renovations I have no been going as much -this is not a Dave and busters

The food was hot and tasty and came in a timely manner. Our Server was exceptional and very attentive. Overall, food was awesome.

Good place for work dinners as its close to the mall- walking distance. It's fairly loud and dimly lit inside, may not everyone's preference, but the food affordability makes up for it.
