I recently visited an Italian restaurant with high hopes of enjoying a delightful dining experience. Unfortunately, my visit turned into a frustrating and disappointing ordeal that left a bitter taste in my mouth. I feel compelled to share my negative experience with others, as it was truly unacceptable.To begin with, the wait time at this restaurant was utterly absurd. My companions and I were forced to wait an excruciating two hours before our food finally arrived. This was an appalling display of inefficiency and disregard for their customers' time. We had made reservations in advance, expecting a smooth dining experience, but it turned out to be anything but.As if the wait wasn't bad enough, the main course, particularly the veal dish, was shockingly appalling. The meat was unbelievably tough and had an unpleasant odor reminiscent of strange cooking oil. It was evident that the veal had been mishandled and cooked with utter negligence. This level of culinary incompetence is unacceptable for any restaurant, let alone one claiming to offer authentic Italian cuisine.To add insult to injury, the salad starter, which should have been served at the beginning of the meal, was carelessly brought to our table right before we were leaving. It felt like an afterthought, an insignificant gesture to compensate for the terrible experience we had endured. By that point, our appetites were completely ruined by the long wait and the repulsive main course, rendering the late arrival of the starter utterly pointless.In conclusion, my visit to this Italian restaurant was an absolute disaster. The interminable wait, the repugnant veal cooked in questionable oil, and the neglectful serving of the starter all contributed to a truly unpleasant dining experience. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment unless you have a masochistic inclination towards wasting time and subjecting yourself to poorly executed dishes. Spare yourself the disappointment and seek out one of the many other reputable Italian restaurants in the area that actually care about their customers' satisfaction.Parking: lots of parking

While the servers were amazing, overall service for the large party that I went with was not good. For one of the tables, all of their food came out long after it had been cooked, and supposedly the kitchen was struggling because they only had one person working in the kitchen. I really enjoyed my meal, but others in my party were not impressed with their food.Dietary restrictions: They were able to accommodate gluten and dairy sensitivities.

One of worse places I have ever eaten, the price is high and the portions are extremely small, I cannot talk to much of the other products but the chicken soup was tasteless, the service from the hostess was really bad with a rude behaviour. They have a small restaurant at the back, not that fancy and when we got inside the lady did not want to sell us anything because of the commenters we provided previously.Really bad experience.

Awful experience, one of the worse places i have ever aten. Overprice, small portions and tasteless food, we couldn’t even eat it. Soup tasted like water and salt.
