Hi.tea - Mississauga

Horrible service! the lady there served one of us first (there were three of us total) after 5 minutes of waiting, then took around 15 minutes to make her drink. it wasn't even busy. there was nobody ahead of us. she didn't take our order until 25 minutes of waiting and in that time span the two of them made 3 drinks for an uber eats order. she messed up while making the first order and had to restart. when the second person (out of the three of us) got their order taken it took about 10 minutes then the third person got there order taken and that took another 10. The bubble tea wasn't amazing but it was okay but there was barely any tapioca pearls. Also there tap doesn't work on their interac machine. we spent around 45 minutes there waiting and we only got two blended drinks and one pre made tea. A bit ridiculous. We even tipped. The only pro is that they're open late.

I?m?super confused as to where I got this bubble tea. I walked in the rain trying to find whale tea but I found Time Sugar? I?m assuming it?s the same thing?? Anyway staff was just not in the mood. Drink was good enough I ate the waffle before I could get a pic also good , cute seating. Just?confused where I went. Also parking lot is narrow so just watch out.

Went here with my friend who love this place. He even told me that this chain is from Guangdong, China. Tried Hong Kong style lemon tea...little different. I liked it. He ordered for Salted popcorn chicken rice bowl. As he is from China, he loved it and is frequent to this place. Attaching some pictures. They?re getting 2 stars just because of the young lady working there and the waffle that was good! The other guys are very rude. My brother and I went there and ordered 2 mango slush and an Oreo egg waffle but we forget to tell them to add while ordering and asked if they can about 5 min later and will pay for the toppings the gentleman?s response was we don?t have time to do it. Asked a few times and didn?t do it and also waited total 45 min the drinks came out in about 10 min but waited 35 min for the waffle no good customer service I acknowledge I forgot to add to my order but come on I mean that?s why I buy these drinks because of the toppings I?ve gone in other places and forgot but has always been added no problem but here at HI.Tea they tell you that they don?t have time. Take your money somewhere else this place is not worth it.

Iv been here twice and from overall I have quite enjoyed the visits. Prices are decent and it actually feels like an Internet cafe. That being said I know some reviews have stated service was slow, service was horrible... That is not the case. I'm not sure what speeds they expect the workers to perform but both times visited, service was provided within reasonable standards. Honestly a great place to come to even play some games, board games as well. They have a giant room for larger party sizes.
