Heart Sushi - Mississauga

We visited for the first time on a Friday night at 9 o'clock. we sat immediately and all the servers were very attentive to us, despite the full and busy restaurants. everything we have ordered came surprisingly fast, we tried a bit everything and it was all good! overall the service was great and eating was consistent, I would definitely be back here for the ayce sushi

One of the better sushi everything you can eat out there. sashimis are fresh and have a larger selection of food. good cleanliness and personal are helpful.

It is with great sadness that we must leave this review. my man and I are card with heart sushi vip customers and as such are enthusiastic heart sushi customers. we thought we would try this place, and we must say we will never again.1) we put our name on the waiting list on a table that we are told in our car 30-45 min wait “no problem” but once rolled 1h 30m to I thought I would call it to get us.2) once sitting took for ever to explain the server what we wanted to have ordered as they could not understand. 3) we enjoyed our drink when he finally came. an hour passes and we have no food. the server said the cook is working on it. 45 min we go past asking “is our eating almost ready” coming to find out how they can’t find the chits for everything we have ordered. About 2 hours are over, and we didn't even get 1/2 of what we ordered. we even wrote what was ordered and what we got and they were like “not so sad know”This place is absolutely terrible. they do not have 1/2 menu items, the portion sizes are not correct as per heart sushi portion sizes. Talking to the management, they always said so sorry. I don't know so sorry. has not even offered compensation. we have paid our bill in full amount, will never be “at this location” again and have also sent a huge email in detail to companies. google really needs a ZERO star option development of the right thing

Wonderful sushi buffet restaurant.The place is huge and decorared beautifully.Food is variable and delicious. The baked vessel and sashimi are one of the highly recommended dishes.The server is friendly and fast!Worth the price and will come back!
