I and 2 a colleague have waited for a seat for 10 minutes, and when it was our turn, the hotesse told us to go back at the end of the line with a very rude attitude. We therefore decided not to go there, and I will never go there in any of my other business trip because of this one person.

My friend, I went on Friday night when we arrived at 5:00. There were only people at the bar and all the tables were empty. We waited 5 minutes before someone put us on a dirty table. We wanted to be pulled to a clean table. The waiter came by in time and my friend ordered the French onion soup and I ordered french. We waited and waited. After 40 minutes we rose and went (how long does it take to bring out a bowl of soup and a dish of frits? The waiter had the nerve to chase to us outside to say that our food is coming and that he just punched in the order 7 minutes ago. I asked him what he did for the other half hour. We went over the parking lot to Clarkson Bar and Grill. Had great service (meal arrival within 7 minutes of ordering and the food was amazing. Recommend the bar and barbecue.

We had dinner at this restaurant on April 17th to celebrate my son's 19th birthday. We made a reservation for 9 people and upon arrival, the staff seemed unaware of our booking. Thankfully, the restaurant was not busy and we were seated promptly. We ordered drinks and three appetizers - deep-fried pickles, calamari, and roasted cauliflower. Unfortunately, all three dishes were disappointing. After a long wait, we finally ordered our entrees and received our food at 7:30, despite arriving at 6. It was evident that the staff was overwhelmed, with only one person working the bar and tables. The lack of personnel seemed to be a recurring issue based on other customer reviews. This is ultimately a management problem, and it was frustrating to see many tables left unattended. If the restaurant wants to improve its service and increase sales, they need to hire more staff. I wish we had read the reviews before dining here.

Our experience on Friday night at this restaurant was chaotic. There were dirty tables everywhere and we had to clean up after ourselves. The waiter informed us that they were short-staffed with only two people working, even though it was a busy Friday night. We waited for service for a long time, but the waiter kept disappearing. Eventually, we gave up and left. It seemed like no one cared about the poor service, even though the restaurant was only half full. This was our first visit in over a year due to a previous bad experience, and unfortunately, this time was no different. We will not be returning.

A few friends and I decided this would be a great location after some roller skating to grab a few drinks. Boy were we wrong. The bartender was singing karokoe songs resulting in long waits for drinks, they were out of most shots, and wait times were a little out of hand as the place was nearly empty. 10 out of 10 would not recommend
