Our experience to the breakfast was very good. all four breakfasts were different, but very good. I asked for another one to be in my omelette and did not have a problem. my toast was extra fresh. all egg dishes were cooked on request. the service was. good. we will definitely return. prices are appropriate for what they get.

Hello, I wanted to share our experience today at the Eggsmart location on Rathburn and Tomken. We usually visit Eggsmart locations at Queensway and Cawthra. Today, I experienced customer service like never before. We ordered breakfast with rye bread. Towards the end of my meal, I noticed mold on the bread crust, while my friend had already finished eating. We informed our waitress who offered to replace the bread, which I declined. She took away our plates and informed us that she would inform the manager. After a few minutes, with no attention from other staff members, our waitress brought us the bill without mentioning the moldy bread. I asked to speak to the manager, who initially said he would not remove the charge as it was not their fault. He explained that the bread was delivered to them that way and that the restaurant was busy so they couldn't attend to us promptly. I was shocked to hear that food quality control was not their responsibility. We decided not to pay the bill and left money as a tip for the server before leaving. We have never experienced such treatment at Eggsmart locations. We will continue to visit the Queensway and Cawthra location where the managers and staff welcome customers and treat them with respect. However, it is important to note that food quality control is the responsibility of the restaurant.

Small breakfast place but the food was amazing. the servers are friendly and the prices are actually better than the competition.
