I didn't have high expectations given that it was a bar and grill, but the food and service really left a bad impression. The entrance felt awkward, lacking a proper reception area. All the empty tables were dirty, and even after we cleaned ours ourselves, it took ages for the staff to get around to tidying up the others. I was hoping the food would make up for it, but I was sadly disappointed. My wife's fish was unsatisfactory, and my ribs were extremely dry. Our waitress never once asked how we were enjoying our meals. To top it off, my soda water had almost no carbonation. I only managed to eat because I was hungry and dealing with a headache; otherwise, I would have returned everything and requested a refund. While our server was friendly, she didn’t seem particularly invested in her job. I recommend skipping this place altogether.

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the drinks, food, and service are all fantastic. The staff is very knowledgeable and offers great recommendations, and I was particularly impressed by a staff member named Mani. The customer service is exceptional; I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism. Overall, my experience at Chuck's, especially with Mani, was outstanding, and I can't wait to return!

This is a fantastic spot to savor delicious food and drinks on weekends! They offer half-price appetizers after 9 PM every day, along with happy hour specials and more. The service is friendly and quick. The ambiance is enhanced by great lighting and music in the evening, creating a lovely atmosphere. As for parking, there’s plenty of space available. While it can get busy on weekends, there’s additional parking behind the restaurant and in front of the LCBO. It's also family-friendly, so kids are welcome to join and enjoy a variety of tasty menu options!

Diya at Chuck's Roadhouse is an exceptional bartender who consistently delivers top-notch service. From the moment you walk in, you can tell she genuinely cares about making your experience enjoyable. Her knowledge of cocktails and drinks is impressive, and she's always willing to offer recommendations tailored to your taste.

Ice cream dessert was excellent and a good price. The ribs are about 7/10 but good. Half order was a good size for a smaller appetite. Greeter wasn't the friendliest, but server was proper.Parking: Lots of parking, but around the side and rear. City planning trying to make it look like a street with the entry facing Dundas, even though likely almost no one comes via sidewalk.
