Cake Royale - Mississauga

The cupcakes at this restaurant are fantastic! My coworkers loved them, they were just like the pictures and tasted incredible. I will definitely be placing another order from this place.

I ordered a cake for my baby shower that had buttercream frosting on the outside and a moist, not too sweet vanilla sponge cake on the inside. The cake was beautiful and reasonably priced compared to other bakeries. My guests at the shower kept asking for more, which is rare for them, and were interested in learning more about the bakery. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Whenever my friend and I find ourselves in the Streetsville area of Mississauga, we always make sure to stop by a charming little cafe called Cake Royale. This cozy spot features a few regular tables, as well as some comfortable sofas and high chairs near the entrance. While Cake Royale specializes in cakes and pastries, they also offer a variety of sandwiches, crepes, salads, homemade soups, and coffee. The cafe is run by a friendly duo (possibly a mother and son), who provide excellent service. During our three visits, we thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the cafe, which was never overly crowded on weekdays (Fridays) and weekends (Saturdays) around lunchtime. While we noticed a steady flow of customers purchasing cakes and coffee to go, we were able to enjoy our meals in peace. I highly recommend trying the Mom's Three Cheese Sandwich - it was incredibly delicious! For dessert, the Nutella Banana crepe was a standout, along with the delightful Ferrero crepe. Keep in mind that Cake Royale is closed on Mondays.

Recently my wife and I visited her uncle in Mississauga and we took him to lunch at Cake Royale at his suggestion as he knew the area and we didn't. We each a different crepe as a main course and they were excellent. We then...shared a dessert crepe and it was equally as good. Service was a bit casual, but the food was excellent. We would return again if we are in the area.
