Cabano's - Mississauga

I am disappointed to say that the restaurant is closed. The sandwiches and fries were delicious, and they offered daily specials. It is unfortunate that they did not have enough time and advertising to attract more local customers.

I recently tried the beef brisket and fries combo for lunch and it was absolutely delicious! I have also enjoyed the veal sandwich and Philly cheesesteaks on previous visits. Thank you Johnny, I will definitely be returning!

This is the best veal sandwich I have ever had, and I am a true Italian! You won't ever go back to California Sandwiches after trying this place. The chef truly cares about the food he prepares, and it shows in every bite. Once you try it, you'll be hooked. I have tried the veal, chicken, and meatball sandwiches, and they are all consistently good and tender. I have been back about ten times already, as it's close to my office. I used to go to California Sandwiches at Dixie and 401, but I will never go back there again. Trust me, this place is on another level when it comes to paninis! :)

Tried both the veal and steak sandwiches so far, and the steak was much better than the veal... They have this tomato pepper sauce/paste they spread on the sandwiches and the "spicy" version was actually SUPER hot lol. I didn't expect it to have so...More

We were in the area looking for a place to eat, and came across this place by accident. It's not a 'flashy' place; either interior or exterior....but the food was amazing and very reasonably priced. There were six of us....each ordering something different & all echoed our satisfaction...insofar as how awesome the food was. We will return here!
