Boston Pizza - Mississauga

I'm just not feeling the value. The pizza wasn't bad, but it doesn't justify the price. I keep going back though, I guess I just hope it will be better the next time. So far, just average.

I hope I have the right location. Didn't want to rate it poor. We thought the crust had no taste and didn't care for how they top their pizza. We love our cheese to be on top. Opened until 1 am. Walking distance to our hotel (Residence Inn). Nice on the inside. Friendly server. Expensive. Ask if they have a deal.

A friend of mine chose to have her birthday at Boston Pizza. Therefore since there was 12 people who were to show up we decided it was best to call and make reservations before hand just so we can make sure we had a spot for Saturday night. On Wednesday March 15th, I called and asked if I can make the reservation for 12 at 630pm on Saturday night. The lady on the phone sounded helpful and confirmed the reservation with me, asked for my phone number in case they needed to contact me and said, see you Saturday at 6:30pm. Saturday March 18th rolls around and at 6:10 I was the first to arrive since I made the reservation. The person at the front desk then asked what name it was under, I let her know it was under my name, however she let me know she did not see any reservations for the night. I advised her that I called and made it, how is it not there? She checked the book and said, they made it for yesterday, Friday night instead. Why would they not call me if that was the case? She then let me know that a few people were finishing up therefore they can have a table for us shortly. We waited, and waited, and waited until a bit after 7:00pm and I asked the waitress how much longer because we had to be somewhere by 8:40pm. They then realized the other people were not finished therefore they set our table up close to the entrance. Moving forward to the food. Ordering seemed pretty quick since I'm sure they realized we waited long enough however, food took forever to come. When it finally came, no complaints there food was great.When our time was reaching that we had to leave I let the waitress know that we need our bills and the birthday brownie so that we can wish the birthday girl a happy birthday. Birthday brownie came and waitress said, we ran out of candles...It honestly felt like mess after mess in this place. We were so disappointed and are so sure we will NEVER come to this location again. One more thing that was the icing on the cake was that one of the people at our party had a bill for his pizza and his wife had a bill for his pizza therefore they were almost charged twice.

Service was great and the food ok. My friend says his burger was delicious, my brother and I had steak sandwich. It was cooked to our specifications but had no flavor. Steak sauce helped a lot. My sister in law had the salmon and she enjoyed it. All in all, it was OK.

We have been for lunch with my coworkers in Oct 2016. The salad which I order was too sour. We wait too long for the desert. Apple crumble was delish. Also the music is too laud. Over tge all...just average place.
