I've been wishing for years for Rio Grande City to open up a Siempre Natural! It's the only place I ever get salads at when I go to mission/mcallen.

Mediocre at best. Not healthy. The menu sucks. Not kidding that's literally all there's to this place.

Friendly staff, The place is always clean and it is an excelent choice if you're in a hurry. Love the fideo soup
