Little Caesars Pizza - Mission

I placed an online order at this restaurant, and they still managed to get it wrong. On top of that, the waiting time was abysmal.

The review focuses on the service, as the food is consistently good; however, the service leaves much to be desired. There are times when they don’t use the order portal. I prefer using the app for convenience, but during my last couple of visits, my pizza ended up in the warmer rather than at the portal. This meant I had to wait for an employee to assist me, which is frustrating because there often isn’t anyone available to help customers.

Worst customer service ever, workers are rude have no manners and managers are simply not taking care! I'd rather go down 10 minutes than order here. I don't know why this facility still works. I have no idea how companies did not deal with all these reviews.

Drive a few minutes to a different location. Or wait a few months till they teach this kids how to properly make a pizza. The lack of cheese, look at the empty spots, worker said it's because the cheese they put is already set to a certain amount. This is one of them, the other pizza was worst, empty bread all over it. Disappointed, took my 5 stars and turned it to 1.

Sorry to say but the quality of the pizza here has gone down really really bad, I wasn't impressed with the last pizzas I got from here. more crust than anything, wings were tiny, just no!
