Jimmy John's - Mission

The tables were dirty and the area where the tea dispensers are was very sticky. It wasn?t busy and about 5 or 6 guys just stood around talking.

Sandwiches are always delicious staff are very polite. Had a mix up with my order where I got the wrong sandwich, but it was right at closing, so I couldn?t get a new one. The girl I spoke with on the phone was very apologetic and refunded my order offered to replace it the next day, which she did. Thank you for making it right! Customer service is great.

Located just outside Ikea, provides the day service Jimmy Johns is known for. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Take the entrance next to the gas station and circle around for the easiest access.

I ordered lunch on Monday, but it was never delivered. When I called the restaurant, I was informed that my order couldn't be delivered due to a lack of drivers. They shouldn’t have charged my card if they knew the delivery was not possible. I requested a refund and was told only the regional manager could handle that. I've now been waiting for four days and still haven’t received my refund. I’m very frustrated and will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

This restaurant is the worst! There are never any delivery drivers available. I placed an order and waited over an hour and a half, only to call and find out there were no drivers available. They clearly have no regard for their customers. They should at least inform people about this! I should have received a call or email right away. This is the third time this has happened to me.
