Mcdonald's - Mission Viejo

I was lied to by store employee Rob Follo . I am not even sure if that is his real name. I ordered 5 oreo mcflurry 's and he gave me 1. On the phone he told me to come to the store and I could pick them up. When I arrived at the store I asked him if I could get the other 4 of my mcflurry 's he said that it was out of his control and he couldnt. I fully paid for these 5 oreo mcflurry 's, why can I not get the others I paid for? I then tried to order 4 mcflurry 's in the store and he said that I can 't buy them there. He said it was out of his control. I dont understand why I can 't buy things at mcdonalds?Other customers then got oreo mcflurry 's but I didn 't. This was verified because I went to the store and watched other people get mcflurry 's but I couldn 't get mine from Rob Follo . I asked for the store manager number and he LIED to me and gave me his personal phone number , Which is an Imessage number registered in Anaheim California.I then asked him for the store manager name and he said Rob Follo, Then I asked him again because I knew he was a shift lead and he said Sorry, I meant Chris ....

This McDonald's has slowly gotten worse overtime. The drive through experience is awful with them always sending you to the drive thru spaces. They've done this even when there is no one behind me, or there are already 3 other cars waiting in the Drive thru spots. They don't even take into account that the third car can block the exit for the drive thru. When they send you to the spot, they take forever to get you your food. Often taking 7+ minutes. Today, (Nov 27, 1:45 PM) They sent me to the drive thru spot and took 8 minutes. When they finally brought the food, the order was entirely wrong and they forgot to bring my drink. I had to tell the worker what my order was. Another 7 minutes later and after walking in myself I finally got my food. However upon checking later, they got the instructions for my burger backwards. The staff needs to be trained to not overuse the drive thru spots as an excuse to be slow with orders. Or at least be accurate if they are going to take their time with it. This is the first time the service has been so awful that I considered just asking for a refund and leaving without my food.

McDonald 's had the 2 for McMuffin deal that I was willing to purchase. The food items purchased, were what I expected and tasted okay.Nothing fancy here, just a McDonald 's who can serve food in a timely fashion, when you are on a tight schedule.Parking: There were available parking stalls

Sometimes you get what you order but most of the time you don’t. My order is wrong or I get someone else’s entirely just about every time I come here. Be prepared to get whatever they decide to throw in the bag whether it’s actually your order or not.

Each meal comes with a drink except number 8. That doesn 't make it a meal. So don 't call it a meal. Get 2 for $5 or by meal and pay extra $5.00 for a single hash brown for a total of $10. Epitome of upselling.
