Thankful Thursday My wife and I had a wonderful lunch today at Dublin 4 Gastropub in Mission Viejo. We are so thankful to have such a terrific place to have an occasional lunch and see Sam, Drew, Darren, and today, their newest employee, Danielle. The staff at this fine establishment are so vibrant, joyful, and pleasant besides being professional and efficient. During this season, as we reflect on thankfulness, we certainly recognize Dublin 4 for their amazing food and drinks, but most importantly, the people that make it a fantastic and memorable experience. My wife loves the Gastro Burger, and I had the salmon. Drew is an amazing chemist with his drink creations. Happy Thanksgiving to all of you at Dublin 4. Thank you, and highly recommended.
