Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mission Viejo

Seems like Chipotle?s quality has really gone downhill. On frequent occasions, a lot of locations don?t even bother to put the lime and cilantro in their rice, the meats are over cooked and flavorless and from what I?ve heard, it now comes pre-marinatedin a bag rather than prepping it in the kitchens. The staff at various locations always seem to be so miserable too.

The worst chipotle I?ve been too. I walked in everyone avoided eye contact tact with me and didn?t serve me until a line started to form behind me minutes later. A new guy made my bowl and he was very nice. But an older woman started berating his everymove. And I got a side of salsa that she had him pour half out and it wasn?t even half way full. This location may need newmanagement or to be shut down

This is the worst chipotle I?ve been to. Incredibly slow service. The food is always disproportionately made and frequently not hot. I go out of my way to go to a different location. Also my kids quesadillas were two wadded up tortillas with no cheese inthem. This place is consistently one of the worst restaurants I?ve ever been to.

The person behind the counter had in gloves making a burrito for the man in front of me, she then went to the register, rang him up and came back to me to make my order, never changing her gloves. I didn't order anything she had to touch, so I didn't pointit out. There was someone at the register by time I was done so she helped the next person. She did touch all their food andstill hadn't changed her gloves.

Absolute worst chipotle i?ve ever been too. There were over 5 employees standing around and not one would help me. They were also out of a lot of there topping and did not let costumers know until it was to late and the bowl was already being made.Would not recommend going here.
