A very cozy hotel, just a 5-minute walk from the famous cave pools. The internet in the rooms is not fast enough, but the hotel generally serves the weekend trip Vibe, so you can spend your leisure in the bathrooms, read a beautiful book or even tv (that the room offers). We were the only people who were at the hotel this day and treated us like Royalty; the staff was incredibly friendly and although the cook had not seen our preference for vegetarian menu on the booking form, he made a completely new 4-course menu for us on site. The same applies to breakfast. Simple incredible service! Anyway, stay with my next visit.

We stayed here for 6 days in September, a family of 4 with 2 children, 2 and 4 years of age. We had a family room which consisted of a double bed in one room and 2 single beds in one room. The balcony seen on the front of the house belongs to this room. All photos I have seen, both from visitors and the owners are representative. It is a simple but very serviceminded and friendly hotel. It is clean and well kept after.The hotel is small and calm, visited mostly from what we could see, couples and older people without children. Still, with 2 children not always wanting to sit quietly, we always felt very welcome. After we had had dinner the first night, the morning after, a child car seat was placed on the chair our 2 year old had sat in the night before, without us asking for it. The breakfast and dinner buffets are small but very tasteful! The dinner buffet was well varied and we didn’t see the same dish twice. Our children could find something that suited them every meal. Wifi worked fine, both kids could stream youtube etc without any problems. We strongly recommend this place and will surely stay here again. If I must mention anything that could be improved I would say, a shower curtain would be good, and the addition of Tokaji Aszu to the wine list. Also, for a swedish, it was very odd not to find coffee included in the breakfast buffet. It had to be ordered extra, and after a few days, it was served without having to ask for it.
