A mirepoix, we're making a quick tour of the catering establishments. the other garden is a place apart but that would have a way to be within the reach of all. When a lot of other addresses are not up to date, you wouldn't have to force too much on the wallet! It's valid for a lot of dishes and it's a bit of a shame.
