Seagar's Prime Steaks Seafood

Have enjoyed dinner many times at Seagar, but last night fixed that. A roach crawled across my husband's glass!!!! We called the manager over, and he proceeded to act as if it was our fault since my husband and our friend didn't have collared shirts on!! That was one of his comments. Seriously! Very unprofessional dealing with this situation. Definitely lost our business and others as well. We're locals and support our local businesses. Service: 1

Dinner was fantastic, filet and sea bass cooked to perfection. Service was incredible as expected. Only room for improvement were the fries, which sounds weird, but attempted a steak frites and the fries are an extremely fine shoe string cooked well done. It sort of felt like fries in a can and less like fine shoe strings with truffle oil. Flavor was good but slightly over cooked. The serving size will never be a problem as it’s for at least 6, more than enough for the two of us dining. The desert was also about average but nothing exciting while the rest of the food felt well thought out. Overall worth the experience but will hope they continue to challenge themselves to excel to their fullest potential.

Service was absolutely terrible, and our steaks were all overcooked. Dietary restrictions: ask for no chives and everything chives in it.
