Auston's On 98 - MIRAMAR BEACH

The restaurant was quite busy, and surprisingly, we had two servers who didn't seem to coordinate well, which led to some items, like silverware, being overlooked. However, the food was tasty, and there was live music to enjoy. We were seated in under five minutes, which was great. Overall, it was a pleasant place to dine.

The service was excellent, especially considering it's a busy tourist spot. The food came out quickly, and everyone in our group loved their meals. There was a guy playing the piano, which really enhanced the atmosphere—fun, lively, but not too loud or stuffy. I had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, and it was fantastic. My wife enjoyed the red fish tacos, while the kids liked their fish filets. Overall, this was the best dining experience we had in Destin.

This place was very good! I was on the fence about eating here BUT so glad we did! The scallops were delicious, everyone loved their oysters, and clam chowder was perfect! The two guys singing and playing guitar were pretty darn good, as well!

Our waitress was fantastic. I wish I could remember her name to share kudos. Ordered Crab Claws, Nashville Hot Shrimp, and Mashed Potatoes. As a Nashvillian. I was very impressed with the accuracy.MLB All-Star game was on. Great place to kick back and relax. A sneaky good hideaway from the waits of your big names. My wife can’t eat red meat or spicy food and there was a lack there of for her. She ordered Lobster Mac and Cheese and it needed to have more Lobster. Great Meal though!

Come every time we are RVing near here. Love the lobster roll my husband loves their oysters best. See you next time!!!!
