Mcdonald's - Miramar

I don't eat McDonald's often. Maybe two or three times a year. I visited this location and my food was great. First let's start at the order taker. I really felt like I was at a nice restaurant the way he took his time to explain the menu to me. Then I got around to the window to pay him, he was still so sweet. I pulled up to the next window to get my food and the next gentleman was extremely nice as well! The ladies were in the back working and everything was nice. The whole vibe was nice. My burger HOT fries HOT even the cookies are HOT. The coke wasn't flat either. I mean overall I'm happy and that says a lot considering I hate eating this mess. I went around 230 am. No line at all I was in and out

I love Drive Thru this McDonalds! The staff work hard and fast to keep the line moving progressively. I use their mobile app every time I’m there which always has killer deals ; plus the rewards points add up so quickly. All in all It’s super convenient and user friendly to use.

If giving no stars was possible that would be my first option. Ordered 2 slushy drinks from the kisok because the register was closed. Received watered down mix with ice...no attempt to make the actual product that is advertised and paid for. I've been to this location on several occasions and I've always been disappointed. I think they give terrible service since there is no loss of business. Poor management and hiring.

The hashbrown was missing from my order. They claimed that I didn't order it as a combo, even though it was listed as a combo and included large drinks. Every order at the counter was treated as a combo. I only needed one hashbrown. I will not be returning.

The staff doesn't pay attention to customers at the register. They assume that the customers are ordering through the kiosk.It took me 25 minutes to finally get help.
