La Carreta - Miramar

I dined with my wife and father-in-law. We were seated promptly, and our waitress quickly took our drink orders. When she returned, she brought our drinks along with some warm Cuban bread. Solanyi, our server, was very pleasant and took the time to explain a special dish that my father-in-law inquired about. We placed our orders, and they arrived swiftly. Everything was delicious and generously portioned. The restaurant was clean and well-kept. We will certainly be back in the future.

This restaurant offers authentic Cuban cuisine similar to any "La Carreta" establishment. However, the standout feature here is the excellent customer service! We ordered chicken noodle soup, which was delicious. We also tried the "ropa vieja" (shredded beef) served with white rice and red beans. The meat was fantastic, and the rice was perfectly cooked. However, the beans were a bit drier than what I typically expect from Cuban-style beans; they were more like a puree than a hearty soup. I deducted one star for that. Overall, it's a great place with reasonable prices. In summary, I highly recommend it!

I absolutely love steak! The Churrasco I ordered was incredibly rich and delicious, made with high-quality meat. The Moro rice was the perfect complement to the dish. Together with a cold beer and a very friendly server, it made for a fantastic experience!

I drove from Miami to Sarasota and need coffee! I made a quick search and noticed that this place had an open window. I have my delicious Cuban coffee and a ham and a chicken croquet. It was all I was looking for, easy to get and delicious!

Large portion Dishes. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend. Close to many hotels and I-75.
